Data Analyst - Access 2007 VBA application developer

Create numerous databases for SAP Managed Services to use as tools to help facilitate, automate, improve efficiency, increase accuracy, track, and report on multiple operations (ad hoc requests for reports, form modifications, etc. ongoing ). Tools are used for both external and internal customers. All db’s are custom written using Access forms, Sql Server pass-through and regular Access queries, Sql Server procedures, Access reports, and Access VBA modules. All db’s are MS Access 2003 or 2007 front-end and SQL Server 2005 back-end. (in the process of converting to Access 2007)Some of these include:• A global costing tool for the AMS (Application Managed Services) SDC (Solutions Design Consultants) team used in daily functions to log and track Requests, design & generate Proposals, calculate price and costs, maintain & generate Managed Services Catalog, SOW’s, Headcount Forecasting, email attachments, and many other features.• An external customer Change Request db to track and report Customer details, Account Management details, Change Requests, Financial Analysis, distribute weekly/monthly reports automatically via email attachments, etc.• An external customer Hosting db to track and report customer’s landscape, Change Orders, and Financial Analysis.• A CRM On Demand db to track and report Customer details, stages of production, weekly status reports which include trending charts.• An External Data Center db for electronically submitting Data Center Change Requests (adding or removing specific access for individuals), tracking, and maintaining changes. Imports data from various sources, runs comparisons, creats files for export, etc.Also wrote several Outlook VB scripts to automate processes (such as updating a sql db based on information in the subject or body of the email, moving the mail to a specific folder, distributing automatic emails triggered by a weekly task, etc.)Hardware - PC (Windows XP); Language - VBA
