A literal Jill of All Trades - Jill of all, master of none, but better than a master of one. I love a challenge and enjoy working on unique projects that allow me to think outside the box. I have built up a wealth of experience and an impressive portfolio of work such as outreach, designing marketing campaigns, small business & entrepreneurship, workshop design and facilitation, recruitment, and tech. My breadth of experience and diverse skillset offer a unique perspective. Because I understand the bigger picture, I am able to conceptualize the benefits and limitations of key decisions. Someone who is able to look at the world and the problems from different perspectives, applying a horizontal approach and not just vertical. Multi-diverse thinking and approach to issues, knowing enough about varied fields has enabled me to not to be boxed into a corner when taking critical decisions that affect the outcome of any decisive obstacle. Known as a learner and valued for my growth mindset, and known to venture into unexplored areas, I’ve always been able to adapt to different positions, even places, where I can always pivot or preserve. Whether it’s help needed for a project in a different department, a conference I’ve been invited to, or even just an opportunity to socialize and expand my network, I take the initiative to learn as much as I can from the opportunities given to me. Having knowledge dabbling in several broad topics, widened my perspective making me a great problem-solver, where “new challenges always arise.” I take pride in community, connecting people, career development, and social justice and feel that there are no limits to what a person should have access to. I always aspire for greatness and try to reach out through helping others that felt left behind and lost due to their lack of supports, education, or access to resources.My aim is to help individuals with the tools they need so they can access needed resources regardless of their circumstances. In my years supporting various populations, I have witnessed the power that relationships have on individuals' empowerment and belief that they can heal and lead happy, fulfilling lives.
