I function as a bookkeeper, notary, and receptionist. Additionally I manage accounts payable, new hire onboarding, orientation, contract analysis, scheduling, and much more.

As an office intern, I'm being trained in payroll processing, and cash management, in addition to Profit and loss, and employee management. This position includes using software such as QuickBooks Online, Powerpoint, Microsoft, Excel, and Outlook.

My role besides cashiering includes managing phones, organizing, stocking, and cleaning the front of the store. Additionally, I’m responsible for changing signage, assisting customers, upselling the rewards program, and doing curbside duties.

I put together orders for shipments and pick ups.

I primarily work in the men’s department, but my work also extends to home décor and supplies, women’s clothing, and children’s clothing. In addition to managing fitting rooms, I keep the department organized, do recovery, and assist customers in both their selections and final purchases as a cashier. This position requires a great deal of up-selling for the Macy’s card.

I'm cross trained. To be a bit more specific, I work in the manual palletizing department and offline which is delayed allocation (sort). This involves scanning, diverting boxes from the line, palletizing, wrapping freight, taking freight to and fro locations in the warehouse, and presort. This requires a fair bit of heavy lifting, basic tech skills, and the ability to stand for long periods of time. I recommend getting very good insoles and canceling your gym membership. I also work in Inbound/Decant where we open packages from 3rd party vendors and send their contents to another part of the facility to be distributed accordingly.

I have been cross-trained to work as both a sales floor associate and as a part of the replenishment team. For sales floor, I am required to provide excellent customer service while demonstrating the ability to work quickly and efficiently, often requiring the ability to multitask as well. In addition, I am a backup cashier where it is generally necessary to handle customer complaints and manage incoming calls. As a replenishment worker, I unload trucks, where our team normally beats the unload time, and sort merchandise, set planograms and signage, set displays, and stock shelves. All of which is accomplished in a timely manner.

My business was about focusing on dogs' fitness and overall health for a well-rounded pet care routine. I quickly established rapport with pet owners allowing me to oversee more responsibilities than just what their local dog walker would do. My clients entrusted me with grooming, feeding, basic medical care, basic training, and even requested for me to oversee their pets and properties while away. Down below are some of the dogs I worked with, including my own dog just because he is cute and a goofball. Otherwise, I've walked well over a dozen of the same dogs for years for my clients.

I was hired by a private employer for the care of an elderly woman who lived alone. I provided companionship and assistance in every way possible to accommodate her daily needs. My responsibilities included but were not limited to all housekeeping, meal preparation per specialized diets, grocery/clothing shopping, medical appointments, acquiring and distributing medications per doctors' orders. I also assisted her home care nurses and physical therapists according to their specifications while working under a stressful environment.
