Customer focused roles have taken my on a varied pathway to my current job. I have worked within organisation that are diverse and industry leaders. My time at NewBook provided me with a wealth of knowledge within an extremely faced paced environment that was developing and servicing the Tourism Industry with cutting edge software systems. In this organisation I began as a Receptionist and Administration Assistant then moving into the Account Management and Events Coordinator role. At Halcyon I commenced a role in Sales Support assisting their fantastic team of Sales Professionals with administrative and appointment support then moving to a different community to take on the Community Manager position, where I began to look after the day to day operations of running an over 50's lifestyle community.My experience to date has had many facets that involve operations, administration, event management, finance, sales and business planning.
