Growing up, I always used to hear, “Find a job you love, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life.” Quite honestly, when I was younger, I always hoped that I would win the lottery and never have to work but I soon realized my chances of that were slim. However, as I continued to grow up my passion for communicating, helping, and working with others grew. My experiences have given me the motivation, responsibility, and the drive to continue to be more productive and efficient in my work life. I have grown a love for healthcare and want to continue to develop and build my career in a field of work that allows me to make a difference in my community every day. Currently, my job as a Compliance Manager at Devoted Health is enabling me to do just that. I am extremely self-motivated and am always looking to do better every day. Unfortunately, I have not won the lottery and I don’t think I ever will. However, as long as I am making someone’s life better daily, I won’t ever have to ‘work’ a day in my life.
