In collaboration with your deep bench of subject matter experts and I work to help clients put the right people in the right roles with the right skills and support to deliver.

Holly works with the other IPH partners on strategic planning and execution for all subsidiary companies and leads REM which is focuses creating win-win partnerships between high quality energy providers and sales professionals to deliver business customers savings on their energy costs and superior customer experience.

I led US and Canadian business development teams and am responsible for continued growth and long-term marketing strategy, and execution of operational initiatives for North America. I also worked to identify new business opportunities and enhance the management of current business accounts.

Cydcor is the leading face-to-face sales company in North America. With over 4500 sales agents working in 350 sales offices on behalf clients in big box retail, communications, energy and financial services. Acquired long-term relationships at C-Suite level in unchartered verticals, negotiated complex agreements and led the cross functional collaboration between client and firm's internal teams that included legal, marketing, sales, finance and operations.

Pioneered new retail channel by acquiring new Fortune 100 retail clients while building the required support team needed to support the channel.Created and executed successful Canadian best practice for agent and customer experience program for 350 sales professionals across the country.
