I am an enthusiastic and motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced and busy environment. I am extremely organised and aim to always be one step ahead of the game. I am well versed at dealing with last minute diary changes, gatekeeping, managing private and sensitive situations and I work well with all levels of people, whether they be colleagues or clients. I have assisted with many IT and Business Improvement projects; I have managed some of the smaller projects myself and I have helped to manage the admin aspects of some larger ones. Most recently, I have been working with various teams across the business on Target Operating Models and on the Proposition & Product Framework. My ultimate goal is to ensure my bosses have all the documentation and information required to allow them to have a smooth running and efficient day, week and month. I am always happy to take on challenges outside my role and expertise to not only broaden my skillset, but to take pressures off other departments/colleagues where I have the capacity to do so. I work extremely well under pressure, to tight deadlines and I have excellent time management skills. I would consider myself adaptable and result driven and I always try to consider the wider business needs and requirements when dealing with work allocated to me.

I support the CIO office and provide business support. I work closely with the CIO and the CTOs in his team. I provide support with reporting and document creation and also manage and monitor projects where the CIO has an interest but no time to maintain full involvement. We ran workshops on Data Mapping, Team Dynamics, Organisational Effectiveness and Divisional Modelling.
