• Primarily focus on fieldwork management as well as the development and adoption of statistical and analytical methods. • Champion and lead MaturityScape Benchmark Survey methodology in IDC Asia Pacific. MaturityScape Benchmark Surveys include: Digital Transformation(DX), Leading in 3D(L3D), Big Data MaturityScape, IT Security MaturityScape etc.• Developed strong and strategic relationships with fieldwork houses from multiple countries.• Work in coordination with multiple countries' analysts and fieldwork houses for local, regional and global projects.• Manage multiple projects at the same time being aware of priorities, milestones and potential roadblocks - approximately 20-30 projects per year.
