Developed comprehensive pharmacy curriculums for Go Live. Customized Epic’s Training Wheels materials to match client’s specific workflows and training needs, and to appeal to all learning styles. Developed training materials and delivered courses to the Infection Control end users. Built training environment (MST) multiple times, creating more robust patients that better demonstrated pharmacy and quality control’s workflows. Delivered standard and customized training to both clinical and non-clinical audiences in the Pharmacy and Quality Control departments. Client extended my contract twice.

Transferred Pharmacist instructor-led curriculum to eLearning. Coordinated with client’s pharmacy leadership team to design Pharmacist eLearning curriculum. Led the Willow training efforts for five hospitals in preparation for Epic Go Live. Developed a custom blended pharmacist training solution consisting of eLearning, video demonstration, and ILT that reduced classroom training time, while students achieved same high assessment scores and gave high evaluation scores. Transferred entire new employee pharmacy technician curriculum to eLearning (Ancile).Managed a team of four (4) credentialed trainers (CTs). Facilitated the knowledge transfer and onboarding efforts for two (2) new Willow/Beacon FTEs. Client extended my contract four (4) times.

Develop comprehensive, role-based curriculums for health system's pharmacy employees, incorporating ILT, eLearning, video, and other performance support deliverables. Customize Epic's Willow training offerings to address UMHS' specific organizational needs. Apply instructional design best practices to increase participants' knowledge retention. Create change management strategy, incorporating multiple communication channels, that builds a common vision of Willow system. Heighten employees' awareness of Willow implementation's benefits, increasing likelihood of new system acceptance and training success. Transition and train other Willow instructional designers and credentialed trainers. Develop a train-the-trainer program that ensures a consistent training experience is delivered to all UMHS pharmacy employees.

Increased business with two existing HP clients who had never previously sought HP learning solutions. Supported HP’s east regional and Financial Services Industry clients with all workforce transformation needs. Led a team of five Instructional Developers in developing and delivering 80 hours of instructor-led training for multiple audiences during the State of Ohio’s migration to the Medicaid Information Technology System. Designed, developed, and delivered enterprise-wide LSS Practitioner ILT and web-based training (WBT). Supported multiple LSS initiatives in the US, Mexico, and Australia for their entire project lifecycle. Created and delivered SAP training program for an accounts payable organization at a data storage technology company. Supported the project for the entire implementation lifecycle.
