Provide support to the Intuit TAS Talent Acquisition team for he U.S. tax team for Intuit Inc. by managing a full range of pre-hire, hire, and post hire on-board processes. Ensuring strategic alignment of talent acquisition and business needs by delivering customized solutions to candidates.• Assist high volume recruitment efforts under stringent deadlines.• Audit offer requests from recruiters to ensure all information is accurate.• Send offer letter to candidates via DocuSign • Assign, monitor, audit & upload all new hire paperwork into the HR database. • Communicate with and assist Intuit candidates regularly with the onboarding process.• Successfully support U.S. tax team by adhering to local laws and processes in order to meet federal guidelines.• Effectively integrate customer service skills in order to handle Human Resource concerns and foster an exceptional candidate experience.• Track and maintain the integrity of job requisitions and candidate information in various recruitment systems.

Through my various sourcing techniques, I build a strong network of diverse candidates within critical skill sets, based on client demand and in support of ManpowerGroup Solution’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing line of business. I participate in the task based recruitment activities as assigned including: phone screening, email blasting, sourcing, research, posting jobs, coordination tasks and others.
