I joined Byrnes Motor Trust Restoration to build an entirely new work culture through hiring & leading a team of senior managers as well as creating an environment of progress in automotive restoration. By instilling new protocols and overhauling each department's work flow process, we were able to completely rebuild the factory from the inside out. Re-branding Byrnes Motor Trust and transforming the quality of work into a world-class facility has been paramount to success.Chiefly, I set and maintained budgets and goals within the organization while forecasting projected growth and sales; gave directions and training so that Byrnes Motor Trust Restoration's vision could be fulfilled in establishing Concours quality restorations from the world's largest automotive restoration facility. I set in place short & long term goals for Byrnes Motor Trust Restoration in light of daily evaluation systems in place for both cars and staff. Also, I also represented the organization in media & other automotive events throughout the world.
