I have always been fascinated about understanding the complexities of human personalities when involved with the sales process, whether it be the customer or the sales professional. I’ve always been inspired by those leaders that can envision products and services that are either “cutting edge new” or an improvement to existing processes. Developing and implementing successful sales plans and campaigns has always been a professional strength. Whether the industry is telecommunications, data consulting, hospitality or home improvement, my asset is generating activity and closing business. Ten years ago, I left the telecommunications and IT industries to start my own home improvement business. Within the first several years, I had built a sustaining business of over 250 satisfied clients. Two years ago, I agreed to help a struggling IT hospitality business with their business development efforts. This led to the formation of a new company and the launching of a new “hospitality” app this past July, 2019. During these past two years, my sales and management skills led to the development of a new app and over 60 new restaurant partner locations (acquired within 2019) for marketing to a paid membership of customers.
