At Haworth, my main focus is to provide first call resolution focused service over phone, chat, and email for desktops and information systems. I also provide user and system administration in Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange, SAP, and TPX Mainframe. I also monitor mainframe, SAP, network and server infrastructure. I have additional Experience with BPMN, and am interested in learning about SAP HR, Fico, and Security.I was Advanced Repair Agent working for Geek Squad.Similar to a Desktop Support Technician, an Advanced Repair Agent (or ARA) is responsible for diagnosing and repairing client’s computers, backing up data, updating the client on repair status, and explaining the nature of repairs required after diagnostic. An ARA must also cover other duties including shipping and receiving, communication, sales of service plans, check in and out of client computers, and certification of returned and open-box product including computers, TVs, tablets and smart phones.I also have experience in video production. I have worked for a startup called (s e f) video and had an internship with Mark Kistler's "Imagination Station" editing the show. I have also done promos ads, and trailers for many other clients. It is here I gained much of my knowledge and interest in computers and software.I now have experience in using many design, modeling, and animation tools.
