I was working in this position when Comark was merged with Insight Direct. •Phone Technical Support Manager. I was promoted to Manager of the Phone Support Group for Comark Inc. USA Flex division. Managed the group and took customer calls resolved difficult situations to customer satisfaction. I also supported the Customer Service Group as needed.•Phone Technical Support Representative working for Comark Inc, Worked with customers to solve problems with the computer equipment that was purchased from Comark Inc. USA Flex division. I was promoted to Supervisor of the Technical Support Group.•Computer QA Technician working for Comark Inc, I created a method of Quality Assurance in the form of a check list for the QA Technician’s use to verify that each computer system was configured correctly before shipping.
