Operation • Monitoring and involving important OPS issue.• Negotiate with terminal to keep berth windows and berthing arrangement with MPA.• Manage shipping operations (vessel inward/outward, berthing/unbearthing, cargo handling and related documents preparation)• Involving crew sign on/off, stevedoring, pilot, tugs, mooring team and lashing team… and to other related suppliers (Bunker, sludge, garbage, fresh water, food, spare parts…) if any.• Dealing with HO planner for stowage plan.• Pushing terminal to speed up to get better productivity.• Taking timely action for important OPS issue and reporting to HO/RO and local management.• Control & analyze port DA to avoid discrepancy.Logistics Maintain tracking quality• Monitor container tracking moves in tracking system to keep target KPI.• Coordinate with terminals and depot to get accurate report / EDI in time.Forecast & Manage stock• Monitor logistic inventory, container stock and booking projection. • Manage empty repositioning - evacuation/supply.• Manage On/Off Hire, cabotage & sublease arrangement.• Manage idle equipment (full+empty) to reduce turn round time.Manage maintenance & Repair• Monitor container damage and repair quality.• Monitor CMA CGM container repair system (iMars) to use properly with depot & reefer service.• Monitor Reefer PTI & machinery repair.• Manage Empty Sales/Loss & recovery. Intermodal Service• Dealing with Transport vendors to keep the best rate and arrange contract.• Coordinate with RO & local Sales team (potential business area).Control Logistics cost• Control Logistic cost & take corrective actions to reduce costs.• Benchmark on regular basis with suppliers & validate tariff.• Prepare logistics cost saving & input data in cost saving system (GAIN).Support Logistics activities • Monitor GOH operation. • Report – Weekly projection report, Monthly M&R report & GOH report, 3rd party feeder report, important LOG issue to HO/RO and local management.
