Procurement and order implementation: carry out procurement of domestic and foreign projects and follow up orders to ensure timely arrival of materialsCreate and maintain purchasing/supplier/material data in SAP system and evaluate supplier changes, production plans and developments (e.g. cost, quality)Track and record the implementation of drawings and process changes (negotiations on contract, quantity changes, quantity, price, productivity, delivery requirements, cost acceptance, etc.)Assist the factory to deal with key supplier business and delivery issuesAssist SQE to deal with key supplier quality issuesImport and export operation （PO Export and Parts Import; liaison with forwarder and broker externally and internally with Dept with Finance ）

Release forecast and delivery schedule to supplier.International procurementFocus at supplier on time delivery. Inform potential risks to logistics manager on time and assist to make emergency plan.Control stock level of raw material.Regular review material & components master data to ensure current MRP running.Follow up every import and export shipment and ensure all shipments get customs cleared on time.Contact with local government for imported or exported goods inspection.Supervision of import and export logistic cost.Assist finance department on payment clarification.
