- Supervise 6 full-time professional staff members and conduct supervisory meetings to coach and provide mentorship.- Oversee a multi-residences hall area of four buildings which houses approximately 2500 first-year students.- Create and facilitate training and development opportunities for 20-45 full-time professional and 180+paraprofessional staff.- Adjudicate student conduct cases by facilitating disciplinary hearing through a student development and restorative justice approach and practice.- Collaborate with campus partners to promote in-hall educational opportunities and initiatives focusing on social justice, wellness, academics, and community engagement.

- Co-supervised and co-advised 8 Captains and 136 Orientation Leaders.- Developed, coordinated, and executed training workshops and sessions for 136 student leaders.- Coordinated large-scale programs for orientation and Weeks of Welcome for approximately 1,400 new students.- Collaborated with the Office for Undergraduate Education and multiple departments within the Emory Campus Life to coordinate and execute programs, events, and communication for orientation.

- Coordinated and planned two week-long service-learning trips to engage 10-12 participants in community service and dialogues relating to current social issues.- Recruited and advised a group of 12-14 students to ensure the safety of participation and to establish a sense of community.- Implemented various programs during the service trips to help participants gain an understanding of current and relevant social justice issues, such as homelessness and food security.- Collaborated and communicated with a team of four student coordinators and multiple non-profit organizations to create, outline, and provide an educational component into the program.
