Finance Director of large privately owned IT Consultancy company, (600+ staff) with operations in Ireland, UK and Europe. This is a commercial focused role, leading the Finance team, and taking full ownership of Head Office support functions including Legal and Compliance and Central Administration. Managed funding and grant support and built finance function for successful Cloud focused start-up, Auxilion, which has grown to a €10 million business in 4 years.

Reporting to CFO, responsible for scaling, developing and operating the Finance Department of 23 staff in rapidly growing Start-up Telecoms company, part of the NTR Group of companies.Key challenge was transitioning to a CRM system within the Finance team to transition billing and collections from manual systems to a system that fully integrated with Operations, Sales and Customer Care. Managed the implementation of automated dunning system for rapidly growing B2C customer base.
