• Responsible for the production preparation project management in Manufacturing Engineering;
• Completion of all manufacturing activities integration of the Gripen for Brazilian Air Force (F-39) aircraft production line.
• Responsible to validate the IT solutions, as a key-user, of customizations on Delmia Process Engineer (DPE) and DPM used for 3D Work Instructions for shop floor operators.
• Responsible to integrate activities of Mechanical Systems, define and publish Manufacturing Processes with a team and trainning new engineers.

• Responsible to receive theoretical and practical training at SAAB as part of Transfer of Technology Program.Responsible to create monthly reports to share these knowledge’s acquired:
• Introduction to installation and assembly requirements models;
• Production documents preparation;
• Product modifications in production documents;
• Manufacturing plan;
• Production scripts improvement project;

• Acting as focal point of manufacturing engineering to integrate and strengthen the proposals development for new business;
• Cost analysis and manufacturing cycles, as well as manufacturing strategies definition and working methods.Main responsibilities
• Structuring the model for Embraer’s product sales proposals preparation;
• Defense and security in terms of industrial costs involving possible players to guarantee business competitiveness;
• Proposals elaboration, through the interface with involved areas;
• Considering industrial feasibility for new contracts with regard to industrial costs;

• Conduction of modernization processes for Brazilian AMX fighters;
• Development of final assembly processes of mechanical systems in DIP (integrated product development);
• Participation in resources identification and development necessary for the production;
• Industrialization of a new or adapted production line;
• Preparation of assembly scripts for these systems on the aircraft.

• Expertise with Development Engineering of beams manufactured stamping manufacturing process in conventional carbon steels or high strength dual-phase steels (HSDP) in presses up to 5200 tons;
• Performance in the production of longitudinal members without length limits through the roll forming process (Roll Forming), applied mainly in special projects, prototypes or spars with low production volume;
• Performance with projects development focused on cost and weight reduction and increased durability and durability of products;
