Responsible for my team that is currently managing several ATES (aquifer thermal energy storage) units. This includes a.o.: all technical issues, all legal issues, all financial matters including billing process, permit management, et cetera. Our aim is to create a new 'company' around an energy-assets (such as ATES). This can only be done in closest corporation with _all_ stakeholders. From 1998-1999 I was the Project Manager of the CargoCard project, originated by the foundation called Port CommunITy Rotterdam. The goal of this project was the creation of a future proof redesign of the existing CargoCard software. In this project I was responsible for a project team of 6 people. Teamleader of the software quality assurance team for the Delta Dedicated East (DDE) of Europe Combined Terminals (ECT) container terminal at the Maasvlakte, The Netherlands. Responsible for all the software that controlled the terminal. From software that managed the automatic guided vehicles to all administrative software. All software was built, no standard software was used.During this period I was employed by PAC Informatisering and was hired by ECT.
