Worked on annotation tool and annotation pipeline to support Science team to train model and deliver the first consumer home robot “Astro”. System: Web-based Annotation Tool● Designed/Re-designed and implemented multiple features to improve annotation tool and pipeline efficiency: 1) Image filtering feature to auto select frames that require manual annotation to increase the overall annotation throughput. 2) Store and compare different annotation GroundTruth versions to help identify which annotator performed wrong annotations and helped with annotator training. 3) Backfilling automated UI test cases to reduce manual testing effort and drove the roadmap to continue improving the test framework.System: Annotation Management System (Tech Lead)● Designed/Re-designed and implemented multiple features to improve the annotation task creation and management efficiency: 1)Designed and implemented Auto audit feature to allow user to skip the manual audit process when meeting condition to increase annotation throughput. 2) Implemented GroundTruth analyzer to count, store, display and monitor annotation metrics. 3) Completed system security review including data classification, system architecture documentation and review, system threat modeling review. 4) Designed and implemented auto job creation feature to automate job creation process to reduce manual effort. 5) Design the next generation of this system to make it scalable to support more use case and more services to connect with. This work require define scope and responsibility of each service and define the API that other services to use to communicate with.

System: Monitoring Tool System● Designed and developed an Angular 5 (Typescript, HTML5, CSS) web application system that CSBG eligible entities and community action agencies can submit their work and state government uses can schedule monitoring visit, review, monitor agencies work, generate monitoring report. ● Built C# RESTful APIs to handle all data GET and POST, file upload and download requests. ● Designed and implemented a relational database in Sql-Server to store business data.● Maintained all source code on GitHub.System: Board Management System● Developed an Angular 5 (Typescript, HTML5, CSS) system for government agencies to manage their board member tenure, board composition and to schedule and report meetings to the state. ● Built C# RESTful APIs to handle all HTTP Requests, support different states have their own configuration and features, send auto email notifications when a user has an upcoming meeting or a submitted review.● Implemented Sql-Server database to capture and maintain business data.

● Rewrote “Tester App” web front-end with AngularJS for testers to check their task dashboard, accept new test, report bugs and edit their profile. ● Worked with java and Node.js back-end, Docker and GitHub.● Agile experience.
