Our Mission Statement: Healthy Moms & Babes is a non-profit, community based organization rooted in Catholic Social Teachings, serving at-risk, low-income women of child bearing age, their children and their families. We provide culturally sensitive health education, information, screenings, assessments, referrals and care coordination.
