I am a Junior attending the Haslam College of Business at The University of Tennessee, and I working toward a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Supply Chain Management and a concentration in Business Analytics. Deliberative problem-solving has always been one of my strengths. Before attending school full-time, I worked a full-time job where I was promoted to shift manager due to my ability to quickly and strategically solve various technical and interpersonal issues. Building from those experiences, adaptability and harmony have become two of my most prominent skills. During my time as a valet and host, I encountered numerous situations requiring flexibility and customer-focused solutionsMy future career goals include working in the supply chain industry with a focus on logistics and being a part of an organization that values its work culture as much as it values its customers. I have always approached my thinking deliberatively, and I believe this quality translates perfectly into the mindset of a logistics specialist, whose main goal is to make decisions that effectively lower total costs. I want the excitement of making a true difference in an organization and a true difference to the people who depend on us as an organization.
