• Design and management of the national program "Mejor Hogar" (Better Home), a public policy initiative aimed to reduce the qualitative housing deficit of lower-income families nationwide, by facilitating their access to financing tools (credit and subsidy). Budget spent: €70,243,000 Direct beneficiaries: 961,000.• Development of digital platform (front & back end) to improve user access to the services provided.• Analysis of results in order to make our services more usable and useful.• Responsible for the institutional development of the national program Mejor Hogar in all its lines: a) Sustentability, b) Gas, c) Sanitation, d) Construction materials. Interviewed by national news and media outlets, both on video and print. Speaker at microfinance conferences and construction expos among others.• Responsible for the coordination and articulation with the United Nations through the Program for the Improvement of Habitability Conditions (UNOPS). 72 proyects with NGOs (including Red Cross), 3.700 beneficiary families, budget: €27.450.000.• Articulation with government agencies (Secretary of Energy, Ministry of Finance, Secretary of Environment, among others) and private entities (financial institutions, more than 10 gas distributors, more than 2.000 shops dedicated to retail construction materials).

Responsible for the coordination of technical teams (mortgage lines of credit for purchase and construction, urban development, microcredits, mortgage market securitization, as well as support areas). Coordination of the Executive Committee (Trust created by DNU 902/12).

• Responsible for ensuring that the actions carried out by the NGO were in compliance with the legal regulatory framework; in all 84 projects in impoverished and overpopulated areas, and the 14,800 Emergency housing built.• Leader of the Social Legal Committee (reporting to the CEO). Articulation with support areas depending on General Management. Liaison with pro bono Law Firm.• Monitoring of legal issues in the field of Habitat Development.
