Solution Design Manager
Current- Work with senior management on delivering client engagements and associated outputs, supporting the team in day-to-day client management, project management and the development of high-quality client deliverables- Develop and work with the team to establish future-facing insights, implications, and recommendations- Support the team by delivering advice, identifying and resolving conflicts- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products and services in the field, while constantly developing and improving existing products to fit high paced market- Use expertise and industry knowledge to understand customer requirements and consult on potential projects on behalf of engineering, programming and content teams- Identify potential markets, build & track GCC target plans, and negotiate project contracts- Supervise a team of sales engineers and track all activities and proposals within the GCC
