Bill was previously General Counsel and Secretary of one of Geneve’s subsidiaries, The Aristotle Corporation, a publicly-traded global manufacturer and distributor of educational, health, medical technology and agricultural products that Bill helped take private and sell in a competitive auction process. He also serves as an officer and Secretary of a national non-profit organization devoted to groundbreaking cancer research and has held other roles in insurance/reinsurance businesses as part of his work with Geneve.Prior to Geneve, Bill represented issuers and private equity, buy-out and venture capital funds in public and private financings and major institutional lenders in secured and unsecured debt financings as outside counsel.
