TOCCA (now Ensemble Partners) was a specialist management consultancy specializing in constraints management based performance improvement solutions.As general manager operations and principal consultant, my role focused on supply chain optimisation and included business analysis, problem definition, root cause analysis, solution design and the project management of performance improvement implementations.These performance improvement solutions were based on constraints management and Lean Six Sigma methods and were implemented following PMBoK project management disciplines.
