Responsible for the full cycle of development and implementation of custom reports and data extract specific to the Verint WFO data sources. This includes the data needs for WFM, QM and Analytics. Collaborating with Five9 Sales, Professional Services and Customers to gather and refine requirements, design and develop the needed custom reports scripts, testing the scripts, implementation to production and support.

Technical Consulting services with customers on how to use Verint's WFM REST APIs to extract data from their Verint Cloud Services WFM instances. Creating, installing and consulting on software to allow text ingestion into Verint's WFM product (chat, email etc.) to allow for text analysis. Tasks include, approving time sheets, PTO, annual appraisals, on-boarding, training plans and other general admin for the team acting as a first port of call for work or project related questions. As well as performing supervisor duties, there is a continuation of the duties performed as a senior software engineer for Verint.
