I manage property related transaction functions and associated property acquisition reporting activities across the Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport and Sydney Metro West projects. • Report on all property transaction matters including property acquisition, substratum acquisition, construction leases/licences and other associated transaction work.• Co-ordinate and manage the preparation of required property transaction documentation including cash flow and expenditure estimates, briefing note review, detailed property acquisition tracking tools and support any services briefs for property acquisition procurement activities• Provide expert advice and input into the development and management of project property acquisition reporting, cost to complete and ongoing review and reporting of the property acquisition budget.• Work collaboratively with the wider Place Making & Property work streams to develop budgets and associated revenue and expenditure reports for property transaction activities being delivered.• Ensure all tracking and reporting activities are undertaken in accordance with the relevant corporate standards, processes and templates• Contribute to the ongoing implementation and improvement of standards, tools and processes to ensure high quality reporting and analysis activities• Ensure consistency in reporting alongside any other Sydney Metro property acquisition projects• Provide day-to-day transactional support to the broader Property Acquisition Team

My role was a unique combination of Reporting/IT Analyst, with a remit to manage monthly reporting, manage and improve existing data systems and reporting processes and to manage system builds, design improvements and reporting for the Salesforce CRM.Key accomplishments• Delivered: project lead for the successful publication of two financial years of NSW Government acquisition data for the first time ever. • Delivered: 80% year-on-year reduction in time taken to collate NSW Government acquisition data reports.• Delivered: project lead for the upgrade of the new Acquisition Hub CRM. The new system provides a vastly superior user interface, introduces automated workflows and will lead to greater insights into the NSW Government acquisition process than ever before. The new system was delivered at less than 10% of the cost of the legacy system it replaced.• Delivered: a 44% reduction in annual CRM operation costs through the analysis of existing user behavior.• Delivered: the development of wide range of reports and dashboards for use at various Acquiring Agencies across NSW and within the CPA.• Experience: assisted multiple infrastructure project teams in the development of new master data templates for them to use in the property acquisition component of project delivery.• Developed: positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at a Senior and Associate level across multiple Acquiring Agencies.• Delivered: multiple data/reporting Excel templates for the other teams within the CPA to help them improve their processes.• Completed: a course in the PuMP methodology which is critical to a key deliverable (Measuring Outcomes) of the CPA.• Delivered: Various tailored training events for different Acquiring Agencies to bring them up to speed on the Acquisition Hub CRM.• Delivered: online, tailored training courses for 150+ existing CRM users to help them adapt to the upgraded CRM.• Leadership: nine higher duty assignments within 24 months

• Initially hired for a short-term contract and was eventually given the Quality Assurance Project Lead role on a major CRM system upgrade that services the Australian, New Zealand & export markets. • Oversaw customisation of the system based on the business’ specific data collation & reporting requirements throughout the project’s 9-month duration. • Ultimately assumed roles as CRM System Administrator and QA Analyst for the entire group, covering Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea and multiple export markets worldwide. Key accomplishments: • Instrumental in the successful delivery of the updated CRM system, effectively dealing with a high volume of complaints and feedback from end users (approximately 35,000 annually). • Delivered training sessions to 30+ management-level stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand in the utilisation of the new CRM system through both online tutorials and workshops.• Slashed ANZ complaint reporting cycle time by as much as 4 days, whilst also capturing a 20% improvement in the accuracy of historical reports by optimising system capabilities and data mining processes.• Enabled data-driven decision-making capabilities of internal and external stakeholders with the development and distribution of 300+ automated daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • Enhanced confidence of Senior Management in formulating critical decisions by formulating a new suite of standardised Executive-level complaint/sales reports for the ANZ and international markets.• Reduced the dollar cost of complaints for the business through new insights and continuous process improvement initiatives.• Developed a weekly & monthly KPI metric system for the ANZ businesses, which provide the Senior Leadership team with actionable insights that they can make strategic decisions with.
