My dissertation was focused on "Characterizing stress-induced outer membrane vesicle production of Pseudomonas aeruginosa"I used molecular genetics and biochemical techniques to measure the effect of different cell envelope and general stressors on OMV formation. I also determine whether proposed mechanisms for OMV formation were responsible for OMV production under acute stress.
