BIS Safety Software is a technology company that offers compliance and learning management software to meet the needs of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) professionals. This cloud-based software application includes a Training Record Management System, a Classroom Calendar Management module, a Training Matrix, a Learning Management System, Digital Folders, plus Online Forms that can be used for site inspections, hazard assessments, incident management, preventive maintenance, competency evaluations, and more. We provide training solutions for the safety industry, including hundreds of safety training organizations throughout North America and across the world.

As the Senior Business Analyst, I worked very closely with the software development team to analyze our system growth and development priorities while concurrently working on feature research, software UX/UI designs, and system workflow simplification. I was responsible for presenting our software and technology solutions to organizations, on-boarding clients into our software environment, and supporting and training users within their organization to solve technology related challenges.I worked with new and prospective clients to assess their organization's current processes, procedures, and data storage, and then used the assessment to develop an on-boarding plan specifically catered to them. We took their current processes for health and safety management and worked to automate and digitize them, saving money, and more importantly time. I regularly met in person for system presentations and support, as well as online through screen sharing and audio calls to organize key members of a business and support their system implementation. I became the key contact for client teams so they never felt alone or without the support they required to successfully operate use of our software.

Work involved motion graphic design, print media design, Audio/Video production including green screen and voice-over, cinematography and aerial videography. I was also Team lead for the Customer Experience Team.
