Progam Delivery Manager
CurrentFederal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) coordinates the federal government's role in preparing for, preventing, mitigating the effects of, responding to, and recovering from all domestic disasters, whether natural or man-made, including acts of terror.• Actively facilitates and coordinates the accurate delivery of federal grant funding while coordinating disaster recovery priorities.• Serves are primary point of contact providing programmatic guidance throughout the grant formulation, submission and obligation process.• Leads exploratory conversations to determine extent of declared disaster damages while working with Mitigation and Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) liaisons. • Coordinates and leads the Recovery Scoping Meeting with State liaison, city/county point of contact, site inspectors, Mitigation and EHP to discuss scope, documents and damage inventory.• Serves as CRM custodian for all supporting data to verify disaster-related damages for grant assistance.• Provide service-tailored assistance through entire delivery process using analytic customer relations management tool.• Provide the customer-centric element of the Public Assistance delivery model and the early identification of considerations that could delay grant development.• Review process errors and excel-based projects to implement future updates and coding algorithms within the CRM.
