The Commercial Director role involved running the commercial and procurement teams in support of the whole Corporation. This included all of the operational Olympic legacy facilities such as the Stadium, the facilities management operations over the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and venues and providing commercial support on all new development work on the LLDC estate.

The Supreme Committee had the responsibility for delivering infrastructure and stadium precincts for the 2022 FIFA World Cup Finals in Qatar. Working within the Competition Venues Department I had delivery responsibility for one of the new stadium precincts. This included delivery for a successful tournament and for its integration into the wider Qatar National Vision for 2030.
