Also taking orders from customers as well as taking payments in the form of card and cash payments. Also understanding how gift and loyalty cards work within the business.

Working in a restaurant and bar environment, and catering for small events such as weddings and group dinners. Cashing up the bar upon the end of day of each shift.

Setting up and putting on events for clients for up to 600 people, ranging from conferences, small meetings and gala dinners etc
