Principal Engineer / Engineering Manager
CurrentIan Post is currently managing the Device Engineering Group engaged in 10nm CMOS transistor node development effort at Intel Corp. Prior to this he led the 22nm Device Engineering Group that helped develop and introduce the world’s first Fin-FET CMOS transistor architecture in high volume manufacturing. Ian has also held management positions as the Device Engineering Manager for Intel’s 32nm SOC and 65nm SOC transistor technologies as well as Engineering positions for 90nm SOC/RF, 130nm and 180nm CMOS, and 180nm Flash memory transistor development. Ian holds the PhD degree in Electronics & Computer Science from the University of Southampton, UK and the BSc degree in Physics from Imperial College, London, UK.
