I am responsible for driving online growth for LeaderVision through digital media initiatives such as social media management, digital content production and multi-media asset management. In addition to steering the digital ship for LeaderVision, Ian is also responsible for providing external digital support to LeaderVision client programs through the execution of digital health assessments and social media strategy support.

Multimedia Intern in the Marketing and Communications department at Humber College in Toronto, ON. Roles:The filming of a documentary on a 10 day Humber Health Sciences mission trip in Guatemala. - Filming various b-roll footage with DSLR, GoPro, and DJI Osmo handheld cameras. - Conducting interviews with the health sciences students, doctors, Humber professors, as well as members from the communities in Guatemala. - Capturing audio with Zoom recorders and wireless LAV microphones.- Taking various photographs of the clinical work as well as the community and outside environment.- Backing up and organizing content at the end of every day to ensure we don’t lose any of the content.- Assisting with editing of the full documentary and creation of the social media recruitment campaign for 2019 Health Sciences students. - Representing the Communications team at various Humber College events, shooting and editing photos for the department.

Duties/Responsibilities:- Drum equipment maintenance and repairs.- Building the drum set to the required specifications on show days. - Setting up the position of microphones for the FOH Engineer around all aspects of the drum set. - Working along side the Guitar Tech to set up the In Ear Monitoring system settings for the band. - Operating the monitor console during the concert to ensure the band members are comfortable with their in ear monitor mixes.
