Examples include "definition of done", secure design and development guidelines, and a source control process to enable a multi-team, multi-release development process for a group that at its peak included in excess of 50 engineers.Creation and delivery of an education programme for a new team in Hyderabad to introduce development processes, product development and testing knowledge. This took the form of a series of instructional videos, step-by-step written guides, live web presentations, workshop sessions, and one-to-one mentoring. As a result we have two functional and productive scrum teams who were independently delivering high-quality contributions to a large and complex product within a few months. (as Metastorm) Major contributor to one redesign (in 2001, for scalability enhancements), and design and architectural leader of a second redesign (in 2009, update from native C++ to .NET, significant process model enhancements) of a highly-scalable Business Process Management (BPM) execution engine for the MBPM product. This engine architecture achieves real world performance in excess of 30000 simultaneous users, at a rate of 3 million user actions per hour. Ownership, project design, and management of a Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS 2010) system using the Microsoft Scrum template for work tracking, source control, and build management.
