Responsible for scheduling and auditing video surveillance footage for determining compliance with health and safety protocols at Bank of America locations. Timely reporting the summarized results to all designated stakeholders.-Sending daily audit reports to customer (Bank of America) and targeted service providers-Scheduling/supervising the daily audit sites for each auditor and determining which sites to schedule based on historic data from previous audits-Scheduling/supervising quarterly alignment exercises for all auditors to ensure scoring processes are consistent-Tracking site locations through data analytics to determine sites needing special focus-Facilitating biweekly team meetings to discuss audit scoring and to walk through specific questions and scenarios to further ensure alignment-Sending daily reports with statistical analysis to account managers-Training new auditors on using video systems, scoring, and uploading of audit scores-Reporting to customer and service providers any security breaches noted during site visits (e.g. unauthorized personnel on site, doors left unsecured, janitorial crew accessing unauthorized locations within the site, etc.)

-Manage building and grounds maintenance, ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly facility.-Oversee and manage building repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and arrange for outside repair services when necessary.-Oversee and manage all landscape services and projects.-Prioritize work tickets and determine if outsourcing is required.-Oversee, manage, and assist with the operation and maintenance of all HVAC equipment.-Oversee and manage support staff including custodial services.-Oversee and manage the upkeep of all vehicles and facility equipment.-Coordinate and assist general contractors working on campus by providing necessary information regarding the campus or buildings, bidding and vendors contracts.-Level IV Personal Protection Officer licensed by the State of Texas.-Team leader for all Plano campus security operations, including Safety & Medical Ministry Team (SMMT) volunteers, off-duty police, contract and/or on-staff security guards.-Schedule appropriate safety and security personnel and volunteers for all Watermark Plano events and ministries.-Lead Plano campus safety and medical volunteer team: recruiting, interviewing, training, staffing, and regular communication.-Liaison to Plano staff regarding all safety and security concerns. Help train staff on emergency response and evacuation procedures.-Liaison between Plano campus ministries and security team, ensuring smooth operations.-Maintenance and upkeep of radios, surveillance camera systems, access control systems, medical supplies, fire suppression systems, and life safety systems.-Schedule and oversee any projects to install / upgrade Plano campus security systems, in coordination with the Facilities team.-Creating and keeping emergency action plans / response plans up to date.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

-Advise shift managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.-Identify applicants for staff vacancies and recruit, interview, select and hire.-Serve as a link between shift managers and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems to foster a positive environment.-Set/plan store and individual performance goals. Monitor, and appraise job results.-Ensure availability of merchandise and supplies by monitoring inventories.-Maintain the stability and reputation of the store with focused customer service.-Achieve structure and workplace fairness by initiating, coordinating, explaining, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. -Oversee employees and ensure all daily tasks are completed.-Meet with new hires and oversee training.-Maintain the company’s reputation with professional customer service.
