I manage our Commercial Asset Management and Building Survey Divisions.We aim to provide a first class asset management service which focuses on the clients needs and achievement of maximum value from their real estate. Our Building Survey division undertakes both residential and commercial building surveys with specialism in dilapidations work, landlord and tenant and EPC certification problems (F and G ratings).

I am heading up a key service to both landlords and tenants with focus on:Building Survey - including Dilapidations Claims & Negotiations and Schedules of Condition.Energy - particular focus on changes to 2018 EPC (F and G) legislation plus Display Energy Certificates.Lease Advisory - Ensuring landlord and tenants a fully protected on their contractual obligations from start to finish of a lease, including renewals, rent reviews, re-gears and cost reductions.
