Profiled events at schools by conducting interviews, taking photos, editing and writing articles. Planned of a 125th Anniversary Run/Walk event with 450 participants. Conducted interviews and assisted with the production of films to highlight CBE’s Mandarin immersion program, Career & Technology Centre and corporate partnerships. Organized a press conference to release provincial assessment results of CBE students.

Helped to develop strategic plans to increase the efficiency of airport security checkpoints by improving communication with passengers and screening officers. Developed communication products to pilot the use of NEXUS Trusted Traveler cards at airport security checkpoints in Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto. Designed signage for airport checkpoints.
