My name is Ian Morris, and I am currently a senior studying marketing with a co-major in business analytics at Indiana University. I chose this major because I am very much a people's person, but I also have a knack for working with data and creating recommendations. My roles as a sales associate, zipline guide, and as an intern with Comcast and Aflac have helped me develop a wide array of skills and characteristics such as strong communication, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic. I've always enjoyed the leader role. I like organizing others, creating plans, and being the person that facilitates the flow of a group or workplace. I like this kind of role because I am exceptional when it comes to interacting with individuals, transparent when it comes to explaining conflicts, and quick when it comes to creating solutions for any number of potential issues. If there is one word to describe me when it comes to any kind of work environment, it would be "adaptable".
