CurrentSupport the project in identifying potential partners in communities, including female and male youth activists, CBOs amongst others and understand the needs and capacities as a basis to understand and inform the selection of interventions.I was able to identify 20 partners in different communities with which we were able to select 2000 beneficiaries for cash grand distribution to trading and capacity building for existing business. • In consultation with the livelihoods team, conduct household visits and hearings from actors to understand specific needs of women and youth. I was able to set up standard question for need assessment for 20 different community. • Identify, in consultation with the livelihoods team, the methodologies of community-participatory process to decide on the interventions-e.g., I was able to invite stakeholder CBO and government; in which I was able to organize 20 different meetings by making inclusive, collaborate, and communicate.• Conduct as part of the livelihoods team participatory community meetings to decide on the interventions.I was able to set up meeting with government stakeholder and community for irrigation farming and animals rearing in Bama, Mafa and most resend Monguno.• I develop as part of the livelihoods team, the workplan and monitoring plans for all the project.• Monitor at daily basis the implementation of the activities, with flagging up potential risks and issues to the livelihoods team. I was able to flag up risks on some construction standard of 500 housing in Damboa and 500 housing in Banki.• Monitor and follow up on the beneficiaries’ status and update to the livelihoods team timely. I make sure that most of the beneficiaries selected for training in skill aquation center for different skill attend the training on daily base by creating attend sheet.• Capture transformative changes of beneficiaries and communities through household visits and interviews, and support development of knowledge products.
