Core Responsibility:-Overall Supervision of all work of Treasury Back Office Operations as in charge of division-To lead the team through motivation and ensure derivation of optimum output from team members through proper utilization of manpower-Ensure compliance of Inspection report of regulator and internal audit and inspection-Ensure settlement of FX, Fixed Income, Capital Market and Money Market transactions within cut-off time-Authorization of SWIFT messages and voucher for money market and FX transactions-Ensure treasury GLs are matched with their book at day end-Ensure authorization of vouchers passing in time-Actively monitor reconciliation status of Bangladesh Bank CD account, Local Bank accounts and Nostro Accounts for timely reconciliation of outstanding entries-Ensure timely submission of various reports to Bangladesh Bank and BSEC-Ensure reconciliation between Islamic banking and treasury branch-Ensure matching of balance between treasury lending and OBU borrowing GLs-Ensure Compliance of Board /Executive Committee/Management DecisionsAdditional Responsibilities:- Automated Challan System transaction support and monitoring-Prepare Back Office position reconciliation for daily CRR maintenance in absence of mid office-Prepare and circulate nostro reconciliation in absence of designated person - Identify loopholes in processes and establish control check points to avoid mishaps- Actively liaison with DAB and FRTMD of Bangladesh Bank for treasury settlement issues- In charge of Treasury CBS upgradation team

Core Responsibility:• Preparation of Daily FX Blotter for circulation to internal stakeholders• Preparation of Bank’s Daily FX Position of the bank and reporting to internal stakeholders and regulator.• Processing of Bangladesh Bank cheques (receiving and issuance) for deal settlement• Processing and settlement of FX Deal related RTGS customer and interbank transactions• Preparation and cross checking of outstanding maturity for proper settlement of outstanding deals• Processing and settlement of all FX Deals raised by dealing room• Processing and verification of all manual and automated confirmation and transfer messages• Processing and settlement of Money market borrowing and lending deals in foreign currency• Processing and Verification of Nostro Transfers, Bangladesh Bank Transfers and ACU Transfers• Handling of non-execution of FX Deal related issues with counterparty and Reconciliation department• Processing and settlement of Offshore Banking Unit (OBU) related transactions• Monitoring and checking of documents related to FX Deals• Processing of journal entries for proper completion of EOD(End of Day) transactions• Handling of audit queries related to FX transactions• Reconciliation of GLs related to Treasury OperationsAdditional Responsibility:• Confirmation of call borrowing and lending in BDT with counterparties• Application of EDF Claim, Settlement and extension to Bangladesh Bank• Issuance of FDD on request of Trade and Cash Management Operations• Collection of FDD in prescribed format given by Bangladesh Bank• Sending FDD Correction letter to Bangladesh Bank with necessary documents• Processing and reconciliation of IPO FDD collection • Weekly reporting of OBU position to Finance and International Division• Maintenance of database of daily exchange rate upload, daily interbank FX report, BAFEDA report and exchange positon• Manage Dilkusha Hub operations

• Assist Deal Managers in preparing information memorandum and prospectus for submission to regulator• Conduct due diligence of information provided by clients based on regulations set by regulator• Conduct fundamental analysis of stocks based of requirement of managers • Conduct valuation and market research for deal managers• Arrange underwriters and prepare underwriting agreements• Prepare revised draft prospectus for submission• Correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
