The Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre, is an Asia-based international centre dedicated to executive education, research, coaching and advisory services in the areas of leadership development and corporate governance. Created and funded by Bank Negara Malaysia (The Central Bank of Malaysia) in 2003 as an independent non-profit organisation, Iclif provides highly practical and relevant executive development and advisory services in Malaysia and globally across all industries and government sectors.

INCEIF was set up in 2005 by Bank Negara Malaysia (The Central Bank of Malaysia). It is one of many initiatives undertaken by Malaysia to develop and nurture talents and experts under the MIFC (Malaysia International Islamic Finance Centre).As the lead of Brand and Communications, my role at INCEIF covers:- Leading the strategic planning of centrally initiated digital marketing campaigns for student intakes, brand communications and supporting promotion of on ground events.- Oversee the performance of all digital channels including paid/organic search campaigns, display advertising and email campaigns.- Developing and implementing an optimization strategy for all social media channels, analyzing results to build and enhance reputation through online community engagements.- Producing monthly analytics reports, analysis and commentary on key metrics, make recommendations to enhance communication activities as needed.Measures of Performance:- Website statistics through Google Analytics, Enquiries on enrolment, production of regular KPI reports reflecting market trends, student intake campaigns and recommendation for improvement of communications activitiesMarketing Systems Development- Overseeing the development of marketing systems to support the organization's growth targets primarily on growth on website users, social media community size, enquiries and eventually CRM.- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure best in class digital solution are being developed and the best marketing touch points are being delivered.- Working with the internal IT and Project Management team and agencies to create a roadmap of delivery and implementation of developments.

As one of the pioneer batch of the Marketing team in 8TV, I was lucky to begin my role in 2003, working closely with the brand development team from the re-launch of the station formerly known as Metrovision to its new brand 8TV. I was respnosible in the development, content maintainence and promotion of the website. Other roles includes the integration of web experience with some of the tv programmes such as Malaysian Idol, 1 in a Million, Nescafe Kickstart amongst others.

Fresh from high school, I began my career at ASTRO as an intern in a web based "Teen Community" project called Xfresh. As a content manager of what started as an online forum, we succesfully implemented a dynamic content creation plan that helped grew the website into a dynamic web magazine featuring articles on teen lifestyle showcasing common interests in entertainment such as music, movies, book reviews, gigs around town, food reviews,clothing and fashion, to on ground activities such as concerts, members gathering and school visits. XFresh grew stronger as a marketing arm that reaches out to a very targeted demographics which led to advertising and promotional campaigns that generates revenue. I was responsible for the awareness and activation campaign of XFresh and the on ground activities that were executed for this purpose succesfully grew the members size from a mere 10s of thousands to nearly 100k nationwide within a span of 3 years. Xfresh diversified its reach using its greatest strength of Media Network with a TV Show (Xfresh TV) on ASTRO and soon went on as a radio station. Today, XFresh is known more as XFM.
