Engineering Support Services Lead
CurrentManaging a team of up to six field service technicians. Responsibilities include: Overseeing schedules, timesheet approvals, training of new employees, scheduling daily printer assignments, consulting with technicians, and monitoring up to eleven, 3D concrete printers, per shift. Spearheading the implementation of engineering changes across a 18 printer fleet. Assisting in the creation of training documentation in both video and written form.
