2007 – 2007 MBA Executive Responsible 2007 – 2007 Head of MBA Admissions Department 2006 – 2008 Head of IAE Career Management Department In 2007 I was responsible for management and sustainability of the MBA Business Unit. I was in charge of marketing on all Latin America, the operation of the program during the year and the student’s professional development and job reintegration processes.At the Career Management Department I coordinate job searches for IAE’s alumni and MBA students.

The position involved the following responsibilities:  Pricing and modification of prices, together with the Business Management.  Coordination of a two-people team responsible for processing sales, price modifications, credit notes, and monthly invoicing of the business.  Following-Up of the business variables reporting to the production deputy manager and to the manager of the business unit.  Management of the operating relation with commercial and operations management of Garbarino / Compumundo / Frávega. Personal assistance to clients in cooperation with the commercial department. Achievements:  Successful development, together with a multi-sector team, of a new system aimed at centralizing business administration, this system was later implemented throughout the HSBC holding.  Creation of a new process for updating prices during the 2001 devaluation, optimizing working times (96 hours to 1 hour)
