Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs - Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP) and International Advisor at SPCINE - Public Company of Cinema and Audiovisual of the City of São Paulo (Brazil). As a cultural paradiplomatic professional, develops São Paulo's relationship with international organizations that promote and encourage cinema and audiovisual, acting in strategic actions for the internationalization of Brazilian audiovisual works in international film festivals. Igor also works in front of projects for the internationalization of the career of São Paulo filmmakers of the SPCINE Diversity Network, which has black people, LGBTQIA+, PCD (People with Disabilities), native americans (brazilian indigenous people) and solo mothers professionals, thinking about actions to promote equitable opportunities for minority groups based on dialogue with international organizations in the sector. Previously, Igor was an International Advisor at the Municipal Secretariat for International Relations of the City of São Paulo, establishing paradiplomatic partnerships between Municipal Secretariats and International Organizations, mediating Public Policy projects in Human Rights, Governance, Climate and Sustainability with organizations such as The Carter Center, UNESCO, World Resources Institute and UCLG - United Cities and Local Governments.
