I assisted the corporate and remote staff by providing quality customer service under the direct supervision of the IT Manager and will be assigned various tasks related to the function of theHelp Desk.During my internship, I was opportune to help tutor the company's latest academy members, it came to my notice that if another lockdown was initiated the company's academy would be put on hold. on leaving the company, I thought of a way to solve this problem, so I came up with a solution in which a platform is built where students can still learn with pre-recorded videos and animations on the company's virtual academy site.

I assisted in designing connectivity solutions for existing and potential customers acquired knowledge of the network's regional and national infrastructures, and gained experience insupporting sales functions in a technical environment. I gained knowledge of network topologies and technologies, and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
