– Get extensive classroom training at Oil & Gas Training Institute (OGTI) regarding Drilling Fluids. – Worked as Assistant Mud Engineer at Rig N-6, Well Chanda# 07, Rig N-5, Well Nashpa# 11, Kohat with Oil Based Mud (OBM) and Rig N-3, Well Chak #20-01 Sanghar Sindh with Water Based Mud (WBM). – Performed daily mud operations/treatment at well site following the Mud program and report to Sr. Mud Engineer about all situation. – Conduct Drilling fluids tests at least twice a day on the Rig including Mud Chemistry, Retort, Rheology, Electrical Stability (ES), PH, and HPHT/API filtration test etc and treat well fluid in accordance with well plan or as advised by Sr. Mud Engineer. – Good knowledge of Solid Control Equipment (De-sander, De-silter, Mud cleaner and High-Speed Centrifuge), also Check and evaluate them regularly – Participate in preparation of daily mud report (DMR) on excel as well using software. – Also managed chemical inventory and report higher authorities regarding consumption and stock of the chemicals.Deals With:– Deep (4840m) HPHT Well. – Spud Mud, PHPA KCL polymer Mud, Oil Based Mud. – Complete & Partial Loss at well Chak# 20-01 Sindh and encounter it with different conventional and unconventional LCM pills, also with special plugs (Hydroplug, polyplug, GunkPlug, CMT Job).
