CurrentProject Management: -- Manages and executes complex, multi stakeholder, and time sensitive projects -- Created program tracker to create visibility of full portfolio and help keep the team on track-- Develops and manages project plans that are clear and transparent to all stakeholders -- Provides frequent, clear, accurate and concise communications to the sales team and all relevant stakeholders for ongoing projects. Client Solutions Team Support: -- Innovates, improves, and streamlines the sales development processes, including research and sales operations. Helps create efficiencies to enable increased top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, client success, and profitability -- Demonstrates BEE’s value through the development of client-facing materials such as slide decks, proposals, and program orientation decks with extreme attention to detail -- Provides support to the CS team including: program planning, managing budgets, scheduling meetings, as well as handling internal and client-facing communications
